Booking and Scheduling

Appointment Confirmation: When you request a service, you will receive an email or text confirmation. All appointments are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may incur a $10 cancellation fee.

Personal Belongings: You agree that personal belongings (e.g., toys, electronics, etc.) left in the car seat will not be the responsibility of Pristine Seat Co. We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal items during the cleaning process.

Limitation of Liability

Damage to Vehicle or Car Seat: While we take every precaution to handle your vehicle and car seat(s) carefully, Pristine Seat CO is not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that may become more apparent during the cleaning process (e.g., fading, fabric deterioration, stitching issues), as these damages will be documented before each service.

Not Responsible for Third-Party Items: We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party items (e.g., seat covers, aftermarket accessories, or modifications).

Force Majeure: Pristine Seat Co is not liable for any failure to perform services or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather, labor strikes, or accidents, or personal health/injuries.
