Pristine Seat Co offers professional children’s car seat cleaning services. Our services may include cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing car seats, and other related services for the specific car seat. The specific services available are outlined on our website or communicated to you during your booking.

 

 

2. 

Booking and Scheduling

​

• Appointment Confirmation: When you request a service, you will receive an email or text confirmation. All appointments are subject to availability.

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may incur a $10 cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

• Pricing: Prices for our cleaning services are listed on our website or may be provided upon inquiry. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotional discounts or special pricing will be applied at the time of booking.

• Payment Methods: Payments for services can be made by credit/debit card, online payment platforms, or any other payment method specified on our website.

• Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion. In the event of dissatisfaction with our service, please contact us within 48 hours from drop off so we can address the issue and resolve any concerns.

Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the car seat(s) that need cleaning, including any specific concerns or issues related to stains, odors, or damage.

• Accessible Parking and Access: You agree to ensure that the car seat is placed in a location that provides safe and easy access for our staff to pickup and drop off. 

• Personal Belongings: You agree that personal belongings (e.g., toys, electronics, etc.) left in the car seat will not be the responsibility of Pristine Seat Co. We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal items during the cleaning process.

 

 

 

5. 

Limitation of Liability

• Damage to Vehicle or Car Seat: While we take every precaution to handle your vehicle and car seat(s) carefully,  Pristine Seat CO is not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that may become more apparent during the cleaning process (e.g., fading, fabric deterioration, stitching issues), as these damages will be documented before each service.

• Not Responsible for Third-Party Items: We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party items (e.g., seat covers, aftermarket accessories, or modifications).

• Force Majeure: Pristine Seat Co is not liable for any failure to perform services or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather, labor strikes, or accidents, or personal health/injuries.

Privacy and Data Protection

 

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to complete services or comply with legal obligations.
